Add support for module to be on SPI 0.0 and possibly others if possibly programatically.

Plus then different reset pins.

Ideally set from an array based on the variant provided.

PR #9 preps for moving to Armv5 which is compatible on both arm64 and arm6 the Pi Zero uses.
