Check is_rockpi functionality on Radxa Zero and Rock cm3 #152

Check this works ok with Radxa Zero

@shawaj Do we want it to return true? It is not technically a rockpi(). Will a new device type radxa_zero and corresponding is_radxa_zero make sense? I am not sure at this point where all will this hit us and how compatible radxa zero is with rockpi in terms of libmraa etc.

Yes good idea @pritamghanghas same same goes for the rock cm3
