will need a new 4g guide for rockpi models #93

the rockpi does not use an SD card, and the emmc can't be easily modified manually.

As such @vpetersson and team are creating a new way to modify the 4g settings over bluetooth or via the diagnostics (TBC).

Once completed we need to create a new guide on how to do this.

@NebraLtd/device-team Not super urgent, since we don't have an outdoor version of the Rockpi yet, but this should probably be best done in the app.
