RTX 30x0 Junction Temp #289

It would be usefult to add monitoring for junction memory to NBMiner. Optionally using the memory temp for throttling or pausing mining to allow the card to cool off.

RTX 3000 cards run very hot on memory (up to 110c) and quite cool on gpu (~50c when mining). GPU temperature is not really critical anymore, what can cause issues is memory temperature. The card also self throttles on junction temp too high.

As such monitoring memory temp (in CLI and web frontend) could be quite useful.

U'd better replace the thermal pad with a high quality one. Then the warming up degree would decrease to less than 70 celsius
