I am not part of the DEV team but I have used this miner for a very very long time and I would guess giving the max gpu monitoring of web API being 2 that perhaps a bug exists for whatever kernel and driver boost the miner is so applying to your cards, I would say try altering by controlling which kernel is loaded with the script file "linux" or batch file "windows" and alter in the file as well the intensity first and for most before that, sorry kind of brain storming as I type given I had a similar issue but not same cards and messing around with which kind of cards as in Nvidia or Amd setting, the intensity to apply which does not add to thermals just speed of Vram and in irony ping to pool for some reason but all in all it fixed it but yeah only 2 can be monitored with web API but working is working and work is money. Just check out the advanced command readme and I am sure you will not need any guided help to troubleshoot your issue, 1 at a time change just like good old fashion PC tech work is done. MINE ON!!!! Sorry that I cannot help more but perhaps I have.

EDIT: Since your using Nvidia check out what sub 80% power limit does to the pool side hash rate I am sure you will be very very happy. 75-78% is best, it seems to apply or allow the boost driver to go to max, heck it gives me 28 MH on an ancient 1070 and 30 MH on kawpow as well on a 2060 laptop gpu that shows 12.86 as average in the console. So power limit % and the boost power of that cool driver in NB miner really rocks on Nvidia idk about AMD
