Request: Apply lhr mode to ergo #405

This is a request to adapt ethash lhr mode to support erg since it is also limited. Everyone, from every miner with lhr cards would switch over to mine erg if it unlocked more of it. Maybe trying to unlock ergo will help better understand how to further unlock ethash as well.

If needed I am interested in helping develop and adapt this.

on ergo with lhr cards there is no limit , but you must change the clock and memory frequency to get stable hashrate , palit and gainward 3080 LHR set core clock lock to 1680 or 1640 and memory on 500 , 550 or 600 mhz and get 210 MH

This is a known issue. It is very easily visible here that non lhr 3060 ti often reach 170 mh while lhr ones top out at 135 mh. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NsuoDB27EwCo_BlSjCP3GMLfTSJRPIWIBsL-wPTllUg/edit#gid=1675061291

That is actually not right. Maybe for 3080 lhr and above tiers, it is not limited on ergo, but for cards from 3070 ti and below, they are. I have 2 lhr ones and I can hardly get 135 on one of them, and the other can't get stable at all. Similar issue with my 3060 lhr. Others get 120-125, and for me it's hard to be stable on 112.

3070 LHR are limited on ergo as well. I have few and cant get past 100.

What should mem and core be set on hive for 3060ti
