I have the same one and i can get 76 or 77 mh/s with ETH. I can get more if i push the memory clock. Example, i managed to get 81 mh/s but with a high memory clock so to get 6 or 7 mh/s and to have a very high VRAM temp, it not worth the trouble.
I don't know why i can't get more while some other 3080 Ti can get 85 mh/s and sometimes 90 mh/s (which would be very good). Personally, i would be very very happy with 85 mh/s for it.
Let us know if you have better results now.

I have three Gigabyte RTX 3080 Ti EAGLE, and the LHR unlock doesn't work on any of them at all.
I tired all parameters but nothing worked, its not just NBMiner, all other miners LHR unlocks doesn't work.
I tested on both HiveOs (my mining rig) and Windows, same result.

The cards are working very well on other algorithms like Kawpow and Autolykos.
Without LHR unlock all cards can mine ETH at 65.5 MHs.
I think these cards use a new version of LHR, please test these cards.
