OC settings RX 6600 XT

I am only getting hash of 17 and should be up around 30. If you are getting better please share as I cannot seem to find the sweet spot.

This gives me 31.7mh at 50 watts at HiveOs.

This OC is applied to 6 different 6600xt and they range between 51-56Watts The cards are 4 different brands and I'm locked in at 32.5X MH/s
