LHR affect non LHR GPUs

I have two RTX3080, one of normal, one of LHR model. When 3080 LHR card get LHR lock then NB Miner try solve LHR lock. But other non LHR card hashrate drop down to 40MH/s Non LHR 3080 normal hashrate 95MH/s, why NB miner drop down non LHR GPUs hashrates?

My settings: nbminer -a ethash -o stratum+tcp://eu-eth.hiveon.net:4444 -u %WALLET%.%computername%1 -log -d 0,1 --lhr [-1,68] pause

I had this problem with my 3070V1+3060LHRV1 on Windows. This might be kinda messy but... This is how I fixed it (I use NiceHash): Run Excavator (using NiceHash Quick Miner) on the 3080V1 and disable the V2 on it, and keep running the V2 (LHR) card alone on NBMiner. This way, you keep the software separated for each card. PLUS: Excavator (NHQM) has a lower fee via NH, so you could get more money using it on the V1 card (and as my personal experience, NHQM gives me more hasrate than NBM on my V1 3070 and other V1 cards).

Edit: You can also use Excavator + NBMiner separately on 1 instance of NHM, so you could run only NHM and nothing else (but Excavator does get a little less hashrate on NHM).
