Unable to mine anything on GTX 970 #748

It says all the algorithms are not supported, however I can use the same algorithms with other miners with no issues,

hi, no point with your topic issue and just for the records :) can u tell me what crypto do u mine with this GTX970 ? with which miner software ? and how many hashrate do you have ? (i have the same card but can't mine anything with it...)

It's not worth it, but if you really want to mine, here is what I used.

PhoenixMiner with etchash requires Linux. I get 5.475 MH/s with a +230 core oc.

T-Rex with KawPow works with Windows, but probably performs better with Linux. I don't remember what my hashrate was.

ok thx :) yeah, with 5MH/s, it doen't even pay the electricity ;) definitely not worth it :)

the 9 series does not have any CUDA cores hence why it is useless for mining.

Are you sure about that?
