Hashrate limited #902

The hashrate on my 3080 LHR card dropped from 95 to 57 after updating the NVIDIA driver version to 516.xx The hashrate was restored to 95 after downgrading driver versions to 512.59. Might need to tweak the LHR unlock method for the newer drivers.

quoting the v42.2 release notes: "Starting from Windows v512.95 and Linux v515.x, LHR unlocker no longer works, make sure not to use these new driver versions."

(v512.77 still works)
