40 added more shapes to VertexMeshBuilder, lets expose those in the UI! And also improve the UI (#13) while we're there

The Gears UI will likely want to recommend using gears that mesh well together, such as potentially offering a "number of gears" and "gear size multiplier" rather than directly exposing Gear Radius.
