[Spawners and the Github Wiki] Incorrect/Incomplete Spawner Listings #1919

The town entries for available spawners and their locations are not fully up to date. Some aren't listed, some are missing, and some don't have coordinates listed. I would also like to reccmmend an individual wiki page that simply lists all spawners on the server. Names, EV yields, coordinates and issues have been included in the text file below. As a note, a vast majority of spawners are marked with a green terracotta block above them. For those without this marker, I attempted to find them in spectator mode to confirm the coords, or if that failed, tried to list the coords as close as possible for them. All coordinates provided in the text document are formatted to make it easy to paste them into a /tppos command.

Torkoal spawner in Kuan Ti is spawning mons inside an inaccessible hollow corner of the nearby house.

Mareep spawner in Skadi spawning mons inside the snow drift next to it and those mons can't be reached.
