Make Tumblestones and Fossil Blocks for decor #87

Either putting tumblestones and fossil blocks in market or making them silk touchable for decor purposes

Would be really cool to have these as deco blocks, or at least the chance to; They look fabulous in areas people make cave dwellings in. Even if fossil blocks were made silk-touchable players would have to actually go out and find these. I know in Oblique they used to be a reward for the vote crates, which was pretty awesome imo. I know plenty who used them to decorate their areas.

The silk touch option is a good suggestion for the Pixelmon Forum page. Please take this idea there.
