Map ping and battle message #659

New navigate text link in chat:

Left-click on the link can create a navigation line to the target position.
Right-click on the link can let the camera track the target.
When chat is open, Ctrl + Alt + LeftClick on the planet can create a map ping in chatbox.
When using command /list to show all players, there are navigate links to the target players.

New config option Chat-EnableBattleMessage to show battle notifications. Current events:

Base attacking on unloaded factory (client)
Hive attacking planet
Relay land on planet
Relay leave planet
Dark Fog seed departure.
