The threat percentage of client players cannot be displayed correctly #669

Only host player can display the threat percentage correctly, but client players are not. The dark fog's attack is not affected.

The problem seems solved when I start a new game. BTW, my mod version is 0.9.2

The problem reappeared in 0.9.7 in a new game started today.
