Fixes double dots instead of periods or ellipses. Things like Oh no.. how terrible were changed to Oh no... how terrible and things like This is fine.. were changed to This is fine.
Also changed a few user-facing cases of 0..100 and similar to be 0-100 instead.

Fixes some grammar/typographical issues. A lot of these are in comments but to be honest, even those bothered me.
