Ultraviolet (proxy) not work！ #228

When the Ultraviolet proxy is used, the message "there are no bare clients" is returned

Known issue of Ultraviolet V3.0.0, which has not been fixed yet

it might be because epoxy is not configured correctly I'm attempting to see if that was infact the issue.
