"Send Siacoin" option does not guide the user about fees #623

In Sia-UI, on the wallet tab, when I click on "Send Siacoin", it shows a form asking for the amount that I want to send and the receiving address. However, it does not informs the user how much will be payed in fees or guide about the computation of the available amount.

For instance, today I had 1000 SC in my wallet and want to send 1000 SC to another wallet. In other words, I would like to transfer every coin available. I clicked on "Send Siacoin", wrote "1000" in the amount. When I clicked "Send" it returned an error saying that my funds were insufficient. Tl; dr, I had to pay 0.25 SC in fees, so my balance was 999.75 SC. I had to infer this using my previous knowledge of Siacoin and cryptocurrencies.

I would suggest to modify this screen to compute and inform the user how much will be paid in fees, in addition to the available balance discounting this fee.

It gives me a message now of 0.03 per KB - is there any info on how much a transaction should cost - if it's just transfering from one wallet to an exchange wallet?

@lx-production may be slow... but the technology is disruptive and u cant ignore the fact that the value just increased by 150% over last two days....think before selling
