losing 50k Sia coins balance #691

I use mobile app for Sia and generate the new wallet, got a seed and saved them. Then I send 120k Sia coins in 3 different section, both from poloniex.com and one more from bittrex. All of the adress is belong to one seed ,I use a mobile app before. Then when I tried to open via desktop it's only show my two transactions which in total of 69k. And the rest, gone. No transaction, tried to track down, no my adress is not even belong to the same seed. How could it even possible when we only have one seed and we click receive, then the adress is belong to the same seed? I told Sia tech and they said this is not their fault cz the Sia mobile is not supported by Sia tech or belong to Sia tech. What's that? I asked developer and he said it should belong to same seed but in fact no my adress is not belong to my seed. So how about my Sia coin? Lose 50k I feel so bad :(

It's possible that your wallets are desynchronized. Try using the tool I created here: https://github.com/NebulousLabs/Sia-UI/issues/581#issuecomment-299747969

100% sync and still can't see any transaction from the first one. Only 69k appear.

Have you tried using the tool that was linked in lukechampine's comment?

I tried to scan all and no transaction for my first transaction only the last two. And I found out that the sia mobile wallet is really not safe to use as there is no tutorial and I think I was generating new address . I have the back up in my mobile and when I tried to recover the seed it's not appear as the pixels is broken.
