Fix install instructions in README #12

Fixes the install instructions. Seems like other projects just include cmd in the command, e.g. https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus

Why can't you assign? This is odd. @MSevey can we take a look at permissions? We're having some sand in the gears in this regard. We could use a company-wide access list for GitHub that gives devs some basic access rights to all repos instead of approaching this piece-meal. Or maybe @ChrisSchinnerl is the right person?

@ro-tex Chris has the correct permissions to grant access but that is one down side of GitHub is that it appears to require granting access repo by repo. I believe Chris has already tried granting access to the NebulousLabs group but that doesn't propagate down in the same way that GitLab does :frowning_face:
