Check that Travis-CI.org is running; Minor fix in artifact upload script #38

I added all personal access token as well as other authentication tokens to travis-ci.org settings for this repository. Lets check if the jobs are working properly.

TODO:

wait for Travis-ci.com to work again?
or disable it?
or implement some software switch to alter between boths

(We don't neither want two previews of the same commit to show up nor two release pushes for the same... etc.) Outcomings:

It seems that there is no way to define different paths where the travis yml is read from...

Solution:

Travis Com does not refill credit monthly and has been disabled therefore.
Travis Org is used from now on. Note that a build takes long time waiting in the queue before getting some Node where to execute.
New Issue: try to build latex (within a Docker container?) with azure pipelines. #40
