[Feature Request] Delay GUI Action: Transfer Pokemon #564

By using the GUI option to transfer a PKM - the bot will transfer it immediately:

Take a look at the timestamps (during the Bots transfer task i sent a Pikachu manually via GUI) [19:20:28] (VERSCHICKT) NidoranM - WP: 49 IV: 56.74% [Beste WP: 407 IV: 87.23%] (Bonbons: 216) [19:20:36] (VERSCHICKT) Pikachu - WP: 280 IV: 13.65% [Beste WP: 441 IV: 92.15%] (Bonbons: 682) [19:20:36] (VERSCHICKT) Nebulak - WP: 330 IV: 52.64% [Beste WP: 575 IV: 79.71%] (Bonbons: 333)

To simulate a better human like behaviour it would be nice to enqueue all 'user initiated' tasks and process them regarding the configured pause times between bot-tasks. In this case: 'TransferActionDelay' should be respected...

add user inputted action to the delays like everything else instead of performing immediately like transfering pokemon in middle of gym
