standalone 3.37.2011.1214 cannot save any encoders #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click Add Encoder.
2. Make any changes and click OK to save.
3. Changes are not saved.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Any changes to an encoder are not saved.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
standalone 3.37.2011.1214
standaline 3.33.2011.1026
Windows 7 Home Premium x64, SP1

Please provide any additional information below.

If you right click on the application or shortcut and Run As Administrator it 
will then allow you to save.

Thanks for that, I had the same issue but it will save if opened as admin now 
:-) Also, if it is closed and then reopened, it will only recall the settings 
if it is reopened as admin but if you open it without admin by mistake and the 
settings are gone they do re appear when the program is reopened as admin.

I belive this issue has to do with the edcaststandalone folder not being 
created in the AppData\Local folder during installation.

Example C:\Users\"current user"\AppData\Local\EdcastStandalone

Try creating this folder then see if your settings will save without running 
the applicatin as administrator.
