1.when placed in the HE-AAC encoder the option to not connect the parametric 
stereo radio ... happens

Parametric stereo is only available at 56kbit or less

HE SET THE ENCODER IN 32 KBPS, GIVE THE OPTION CLICK ON PARAMETRIC STEREO AND 
NOT CONNECT, IT APPEARS THAT SAYS SOMETHING. INIT FAILED. WHY IS THAT???

So, can you tick parametric stereo?

Can you stream successfully without parametric stereo being ticked?

Which version of Winamp are you running edcast on?

did you get the encoder from an older version of winamp?

if so, which version of winamp is enc_aacplus.dll from?

without parametric stereo spread but not very well hear the signal.
Which version should I use for the enc_aacplus.dll I work with the parametric 
stereo??

The last winamp to come with enc_aacplus (before they changed to fraunhofer 
HE-AAC) was 5.61 - you can get that winamp from filehippo.com
