Cannot get the forwarder to work?

tried this beta, after running 2-3 secs it crashes with dump screen. Happens 
before i 
can even do anything.

Its the official forwarder that is the problem, I think I am missing something. 
 It does not come as a .wad file, its 
structure is a programme!!??
