Codedump on exit and mkv playback

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start mplayer_ce 0.76
2. player an mkv file or just select quit/press home button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected it to either play the mkv or quit to SystemMenu or HBC depending
on what I did instead I got a nice codedump. With forwarder it will hang
here, without forwarder it took me back to HBC.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

mplayer_ce 0.76 also tested latest beta from IRC channel topic

SysMenu 4.1

Do you have a modchip?

yes

Please provide any additional information below.

- cIOS rev 14 
- IOS 222/223 Hermes (222 = 38 + 37 / 223 = 38 + 60)
- IOS56-64-v5146 (for RockBand/GH over USBLoader)
- IOS53_v5149 (for Super Mario Bros)

other than that there should be no Custom IOS on there

Same issue for me but I do not have a ModChip though - so not related to that.

I do also have:
IOS 222/223 Hermes (222 = 38 + 37 / 223 = 38 + 60)
but not the other custom IOS.
This issue did not occur on 0.75.

I have come across this issue also. I have just downloaded the latest beta from 
IRC 
(9th Jan 2010).

My custom IOS come under the same as above.
