What steps will reproduce the problem? when ever i click a wma it kips 
them and doesnt play them,or when i try to play an avi file it doesnt play 
the whole thing

What version of the product are you using? the latest

Tell us about your system. Such as the purchase date, hardware or software
modifications and updates. 2010 purchased,on 4.2 no modchips.
