Change OpenID links in the log-in screen #1637

There are two links to idtail.com in the log-in screen. idtail.com has been closed now and we need to remove those links or change them.

I think it would be better to offer log-in via various "representative" OAuth/OpenID providers, such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, and etc., instead of just describing what OpenID is.
