{$database['prefix']} is empty in password reset action #1699

As titled.

Believed this is just a small bug, but am not familiar, so don't have idea where to locate the problem. Here's the screen shot of debug:

Have tried to hard code the source auth.php, the error gone but it returns "You have no rights" and didn't send out any password reset email.

running version: 1.9.3
