/interface/favicon.ico.php 에 위치한 split 은 PHP7에서 REMOVED 되었습니다.

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function split()....

preg_split 으로 수정되는 방향이 좋다고 생각합니다.
