It's not my node. My node normally runs at 20MB/S.

I also enabled multithreading in my browser.

Download speed is still exceptionally slow

+1. The speed is decreased drastically. Also smth. is triggering RAM consuming while scrolling videos. Viewing the video also buffers a lot.

P.S Not my network. 1Gbp/s
