The game uses the Alchemy engine (ARC/BLD).

Hi! igArchiveExtractor won't be receiving new features for a while/indefinitely as I'm trying to build much better tools. I recommend trying to open them as SSA Wii files and if that fails try using Watto Game Extractor instead. Let me know if it works!
