Missing extension in DG use case, UC09 - Charting

Seems like there should be an extension for when both lists are empty, or when the user requests to see the chart of an empty list. Future developers reading this may be confused as to what to expect.

There is no extension for this use case in the situation that a user types an invalid command such as 'stat propertyy'. There could have been an extension to state that an error message would be displayed.
