How do I start my career in frontend development as a fresher? #16

I recently graduated from college and am super interested in frontend development especially React. I have applied to a lot of companies but I don't hear back from them. Most of the companies require 2-3 years of experience. How do I start my job search as a fresher? What are some of the companies that take in fresher for their frontend developer positions in Bangalore?

You should have added your resume for feedback. Else the above things look decent enough. Keep surfacing your resume at as much platform as you can.

I have applied to so many jobs now that I'm starting to feel it's impossible to start as a frontend developer for a fresher.

Hey,

Sorry to hear this.

I can understand starting as fresher is hard but not impossible.

Let's change the strategy of how you are searching for the job.

1) Go to local meetups and do networking (do not hesitate). Reach to each and every person of the company & ask them if there is an opening for fresher. Send your CV there and then. Do follow up. Simple thing - "Jaada se jaada no hi to bolege"

2) The projects you are creating, talk about them on Linkedin, ask for feedback and do it every day. Why? At least connected companies with you will see the work you are doing.

3) Look for HR consultancy, ask them to help you find the job.

4) Participate in an online job hunting competition

5) Reach to startups. Show them your work. Eg: create their website, or any product in Reactjs - show them some scores - performance etc. and email them. Add your own touch too.

Most important: Do not lose hope.
