export/import in csv #16

is there a way to export/import in csv or excel, or convert json, html or xml 
to csv through php any idea how to do that

I'm not a php guy, so I don't know what's out there already.  You can just 
process any of the formats by row and then column to output the data and 
similarly for incoming data.

I still don't get it (not a JS guy). Would you please explain how to do it (in 
excel format)??? 
I try many ways from many sources, but still can't get 'only' tables because 
there's no ID for the grid, so the menu keeps exported.
