Add IOM indicators to data compiled for profiles. and update race labels.

@rpitingolo can you take a quick look? we had already created the IOM indicators in the main ACS file but not used most of them in this program.

@lhendey looks fine to me. Is line 204 supposed to be r=2 not r=1 like the rest? That's the only thing that stood out.

@rpitingolo yeah- i looked at that - we hard code NH White because it's using the already created bridge variables. thanks for the review.
