Add Cluster2017 to Create_all_summary_from_tracts macro #45

Macro to update: General\Macros\Create_all_summary_from_tracts.sas

You will need to copy the copy the code where geo= bridgepk and change the geo= to cluster2017. All the other macro parameters can stay the same.
