@rpitingolo I created PSA2019, but when running this error was in the log: ERROR: Write access to member GENERAL.FORMATS.CATALOG is denied. Branch 75 with the updates should be pushed.

@eleanorble that's normal. You will get that error because you aren't batch submitting on L. When this step is ready for me to review please do a pull request and tag. Thanks!

@rpitingolo I also got this error in the log: ERROR: File GENERAL.PSA2019.DATA does not exist. I think this was supposed to be the final data set. Should I still move on to the ArcMap stuff?

OK, I think we need an intermediate step. Can you please do the following:

Edit the name so that it's "PSA 101" instead of "Police Service Area: 101" - this is consistent with past naming convention.
Do a pull request and then we will do a batch submit for psa2019.sas before moving to the ArcGIS parts.

@rpitingolo I changed the naming conventions, but still got ERROR: File GENERAL.PSA2019.DATA. I pushed it, do you still want me to do a pull request?
