Adapt, update and run the following programs:

  14. Block20_VoterPre2012.sas
  15. Block20_ward02.sas
  16. Block20_ward12.sas
  17. Block20_zip.sas

@eburton9 here is the next step. I would suggest starting with one or two of them and doing a review before we do them all. That way we can catch any issues early. Good ones to start with would be Block20_ward12.sas and Block20_Cluster2017.sas. Thanks!
