7 years ago @npstrayer @mcohenui The change that I asked you to make to the agenda entry for Greenway Gardens (removing the Catalog page reference and replacing with "currently not in Catalog") does not seem to have been made.
Also, the MFIS update (L:\Libraries\PresCat\Prog\Updates\Update_MFIS_2017_08_subsidy.pdf) indicates that Brookland Manor's 236 loan was terminated on 8/1/17. That should have been noted in the agenda.
Let's revisit the Catalog process for next month as it seems it might be necessary for me to review everything before it goes out to Scott.
@npstrayer @mcohenui Just wanted to note for next month's update. I looked into the Greenway Gardens question that came up in the July mtg. The project we have listed in the Catalog as "Greenway Gardens (WDC I) (Sr Management)" (NL000325) is not the Greenway Gardens referred to in the agenda. In fact, I'm not sure why the Catalog project is labeled Greenway Gardens at all. Seems like it was just a mix-up, so I renamed NL000325 to "WDC I - A," since it is actually part of a larger tax credit pool called WDC I. (The two other developments in the pool are listed in the Catalog as "WDC I - B" and "WDC I - C.") I also moved NL000325 from category 1 to category 5, since it does not seem to be at risk.
For the October mtg update, you should just replace the Catalog page reference for the Greenway Gardens in the agenda with "currently not in Catalog." I've created a separate issue #119 for adding Greenway Gardens to the Catalog. Once we do that, we can update the agenda with the appropriate Catalog reference.
