Waiting for answers to the following questions.

1) Is it correct that parcel 5057 0803 is Mayfair Mansions Phase I and parcel 5057 0804 is Mayfair Mansions Phase II?

2) Greenway Gardens and W Street Apts are part of a large tax credit pool, referred to as “Comm. Group/Regency Pool (WDC I).” This is a scattered site project and I’d like to know is there any meaningful way to separate out the buildings into groups of separate subprojects? That is, are there subdevelopments in this pool that should be called out individually, as W Street Apts are currently?

3) Main question is: Did Quest Cooperative (1428 Euclid St NW) ever receive any tax credit allocations?

4) Any reason why “Orchard Park (Formerly Southview Apts I)” and “Orchard Park (Formerly Southview Apts II)” should not be combined into a single Orchard Park Catalog record? (There would be no real loss of information in doing so.) If they do need to be separate, can someone identify for me the individual addresses that are part of each respective development?

5) Any reason why “Villages Of Parklands-Manor Village Apts. (Parkland Manor)” and “Villages Of Parklands-Garden Village Apts (Parkland Manor)” should not be combined into a single Villages Of Parklands Catalog record? (There would be no real loss of information in doing so.) If they do need to be separate, can someone identify for me the individual addresses that are part of each respective development?

6) Are these the correct address for the different pieces of Stanton Park Apartments?

• [x] Batch submit Update_real_property.sas to update PresCat.Real_property
• [x] Provide data on new tax credit projects to Mychal for testing under issue #28.

@mcohenui @rpitingolo I've pushed out the DHCD updates to the tax credit projects that were in the Catalog. The next step in the process will be for Mychal to add the 8 tax credit projects that were not already in the Catalog (issue #28). After that, we can update the tax credit projects with the HUD data (issue #22).

Once Mychal has tested out the process of adding the tax credit projects (issue #28), this will open the door to adding other new projects to the Catalog, such as from the Housing Production Trust Fund.
