R5S dtb has to be manually copied #4

The dtb, which is taken from the debian build at https://github.com/inindev/nanopi-r5 is present in the sd-card image and the repo, but isn’t copied to /boot in the install phase. part of setup obly for the R5S is to copy rk3568-nanopi-r5s.dtb into /boot

Updated r5s config to include kernel patches from 6.8 to build the dtbs. hardware-confguration edited to load the built dtb from the kernel directory
