Higher-res VTFEdit icon #16

From https://valvedev.info/tools/vtfedit/thumb.png Includes 16x, 32x, 48x, 64x, 96x, 128x, and 256x versions, in 24-bit quality Includes original 32x 8-bit icon as a fallback 256x icon is PNG-compressed, but this shouldn't break WinXP support, as XP only reads up to 96x96.

I had previously considered trying to find the creator or current owner of VTFEdit to try and have the icon updated to something fresh, and something that lines up more with what the app is. This is what I had designed; vtfedit
