I have updated the title, and have filled the content attribute of meta tag where there was a # symbol. I have put comments along with the code.

Looks better. But as I said, this won't make any noticeable difference. Please refer this to improve the state!

@kumarshobhit I was thinking about adding a robots.txt file to the root directory. Since this project is currently under staging condition. I'm approving it!
