Migrate the project to Vue.js or React.js #9

Currently, the project (the site) is made with HTML & Bootstrap. It'll be awesome if the project is migrated to Vue.js or React.js.

Aesthetic designs are mostly welcome. Do note that, this lies parallelly with #3
