Cannot install nekRS on ubuntu #549

I cannot install nekRS on Ubuntu 22.04

When I try to install nekRS as : CC=mpicc CXX=mpic++ FC=mpif77 ./nrsconfig -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=$HOME/.local/nekrs

It appears :
