IR detector modelling #10

Since the detection of the IR radiation in the near and medium IR are basically 
made by bulk detectors, it is important to build general models describing and 
simulating important performance parameters, such as:
generated photo-current, noise, IxV characteristics, responsivity, detectivity 
and NEP.
