The visual inspection of infrared images play an important part in the data 
analysis process. A radiometric image class and display library is required 
that can contain the relevant radiometric data and display visual and infrared 
images, from the following sources:
 - raw image data (no header, known binary format, known radiometry)
 - images stored as numpy array.
