Speaker stays ON after a call and drains battery life #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.very Light Use of my Eve (95% with screen off, wifi and 3g disabled)
2.After 6 hours i've 70% of battery
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
after 8 hours of NON use i think that the battery could be better...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
boot-gb-110401-up.zip
system-gb-0330.zip

Please provide any additional information below.
the battery drains fast, i don't know why...

yes if you hear your phone after a call, you will hear a noisy sound that 
doesn't stop without a reboot, i think that it can be easily solved importing 
openetna patch (i don't know where is it)

    We have to make sure that the 'microphone' is muted whenever not
    in-call. This does not affect soundrecording as one may think.

You can test with this libaudio.so like as following

 adb push libaudio.so /system/lib/
 adb shell killall mediaserver (or system_server or reboot)

Is the battery drain fixed with latest update update-gb-110412a ?

I have applied this patch, but even though i feel the battery is draining fast
