yes if you hear your phone after a call, you will hear a noisy sound that
doesn't stop without a reboot, i think that it can be easily solved importing
openetna patch (i don't know where is it)

You can test with this libaudio.so like as following
adb push libaudio.so /system/lib/
adb shell killall mediaserver (or system_server or reboot)
